Ms. Crawford graduated from Andrews High School in Andrews, TX. She earned her Bachelor of Music degree from Texas Tech University and her Master of Educational Administration degree from Lubbock Christian University.  Her first year of teaching was at OL Slaton Junior High in Lubbock, but then moved to Lubbock High School as an assistant.  She has been the Director of Bands at LHS since the 2006-2007 school year.

Mr. Allen graduated from Judson High School in Converse, TX.  He earned his Bachelor of Music degree and Master of Music Education degree from Texas Tech University.  His first year of teaching was at Lubbock High School.  He then moved to Austin, TX where he taught at Canyon Vista Middle School in Round Rock ISD for two years and Cooper Junior High in Lubbock-Cooper ISD for one year before coming back to LHS in 2006-2007.
